The platform's core objective is to create segments and campaign for 10 Game Studio and other Marketing team in VNG.

UNDERSTAND AND ANALYSE THE PROBLEM
THE OVERALL PROBLEM
- The current segmentation process faces challenges with speed and efficiency.
- Game Studio has to wait more than 12 hours for successful processing of a campaign on the Algo platform.
- Need a dashboard to see the overview of the campaign has been created before.
- The segment and campaign flow are messy and the structure of the data inside is complex
OLD LAYOUT

THE PROBLEM IN CREATE SEGMENT FLOW
- The segment creation flow is too long and has a lot of information, and the layout is not clear.
- Cannot view list of users when selecting segment.
- When selecting data types, the system takes a long time to load.
- Too much white space.


THE PROBLEM IN CREATE CAMPAIGN FLOW
- Many types of campaigns but not clearly divided.
- Segments cannot be created when creating campaigns, they can only be selected.
- The fills are not uniform for each campaign.
UNDERSTAND THE DATASET
- In this step, I answered questions like - What is the nature and quality of the data? Can we calculate fields to help the trader get better insights?

I working closely with the data team to analyze the current data of users to get the Quantitative Data about why the flow and data are messy and why the speed is bad here what I found:

AND HERE WHAT I FOUND
- If the objective is for the GS department/marketing/UA lead to view team-specific usage and traffic of the Algo app, the current setup may not provide much actionable insight.
- We would benefit more from information on the campaign and segment performance (revenue, number of users engaged), comparisons between segments, platforms, and conditions (age group, region, in-app events...). This would offer deeper insights and help us identify which factors drive better performance.
Understand the stakeholder

As a continuation of the “Portal Monitoring Dashboard” series of mini-apps, this dashboard will serve 2 key purposes:

GDS internal monitoring: From an admin view, GDS members can view overall information about all Algo users. This can help the GDS internal team analyze about Algo traffic trends, understand the most common users, and recognize potential latencies in the Algo campaign/segment creating and approval process.

To allow dept. heads to understand the team usage of Algo functions: Since the release of the Algo app, there has been no system for sending Algo app reports. This app allows department heads to direct access to view team-specific segmentation and campaign usage and traffic.
